ACCOUNT DELETION
Delete your New Rays Digital account
You can permanently delete your account and the personal profile data associated with it.
Delete directly from the app
- Sign in to the New Rays Digital app.
- Open My Account.
- Select Delete Account and confirm.
This action is permanent. After deletion, the account cannot be restored.
Unable to access the app?
Send a deletion request from your registered email address. Include the email used for your New Rays Digital account so ownership can be verified.
Data deleted
- Firebase authentication account
- Stored profile details such as name, email address and phone number
- The Firebase user identifier linked to the profile
Shared ebook catalogue content is not personal account data and is not affected.
